Yet they soldier on with perservation and restoration while citizens voice concerns over code enforcement. So much for the survey establishing priorites. The survey was nothing more than a pet project, just like the mission site or the train. Something completely irrelevant to the citizens. The citizens only role is to keep funding it for the pet project owners.
